Here I write about inner processes, patterns, and the quiet moments in which something shifts. For those who want to better understand themselves through their own experience.
This is a personal reflection on why I didn’t start for a long time, even though I knew exactly what I wanted. I realized how strongly I was guided by the thought that I first needed to be able to do certain things before I could begin, and how this kept pushing the beginning further and further away. It was only when I paused that I became aware of what was actually happening, and in that moment, something new emerged: a sense of choice.
